Refund Policy

At Alif Charity Foundation, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and support. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the kindness and trust of our donors to carry out our mission of providing education, healthcare, and empowerment to underprivileged communities.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which donations may be refunded.

1. General Policy

Donations made to Alif Charity Foundation through [alifcharity.com], or via third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen, and we are committed to working with donors to resolve any issues in good faith.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount)

  • Duplicate donations were made

  • A technical issue occurred during the donation process

  • A recurring donation was processed after cancellation

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please provide the following:

  • Full name of the donor

  • Date and amount of donation

  • Method of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Donation was made more than 7 days prior to the request

  • Donor changes their mind without cause

  • Donation has already been allocated or disbursed to a specific campaign or project

  • Any portion of the donation was part of a fundraising event, raffle, or incentive-based program

5. Recurring Donations

Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time. To cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid further transactions.

6. Event Tickets & Merchandise

Event ticket purchases and merchandise sales may have separate refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If not specified, the standard 7-day refund window applies.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We will do our best to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. Filing a dispute with your bank or credit card provider should be a last resort.

8. Policy Updates

Alif Charity Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Global Health Alliance: Through this partnership, we've been able to equip clinics in underserved areas with the latest medical technologies.

EduFuture: Working together to build schools and provide educational materials, EduFuture helps us bring quality education to children in crisis zones.
